No information about this artist exists online other than a photo a tourist took. He can be found by the vendor tents across from the Ferry Building on the weekends.

I have the Painting that states "It's by acting in accordance with your heart that you discover the road to well being" It is my absolute favorite art that I own. I bought it from him and he signed it for me in 1997, The above phrase is hand written on the top of my Lithograph, and not on the bottom. I have never ran across him again, or I would have bought more by now.I met him on Market street I think near the stairs leading to one of the bart stations, I don't remember which one.
I purchased a signed print from Richard Gardelle in 2004. I would like to contact him about getting his permission to use his print as a cover for my forthcoming book. I am not located in San Francisco, however, and I cannot find any other contact information about him online.
